Relating to management of predatory animals.

Abstract

Removes general prohibition that precludes State Fish and Wildlife Commission from adopting rules to limit times, places or amounts of taking of predatory animals. Provides that control of predatory animals must be consistent with any rules adopted by commission to manage or regulate take of predatory animals.
